Oke Odo (Ile-Epo) market is located at ile-epo bus-stop along Abule-Egba- Agbado road under the Agbado-Oke Odo local council area in Alimosho local government of Lagos state

The market was established in 1983 by the then Ikeja Local Government Area Council, from which the Alimosho Local Government Area was later carved out, in part, before the creation of the Agbado/Oke Odo LCDA under whose governance and supervisory jurisdictions the market now falls

The market is known for its different foodstuffs. Ranging from yams, garri, beans palm oil, pepper, yams, tomatoes, vegetables, fish, meats, onions to grains like millet, wheat, rice, sorghum, maize, groundnut, etc

Local farmers from the neighboring state (Ogun) bring their produce to the market to sell, and some trucks are diverted from mile 12 to oke-odo market, making perishables a little bit cheaper in oke-odo market due to the large influx of commodities.

The popular market has thousands of stalls and lock-up stores. A part of the market is currently going through a revamp; however, you can still buy your regular food items from the other parts of the market

On completion, the market would have a banking hall, police post, car park, a garage where trailers from the North would offload their wares

For those around the Alimosho axis, Oke-Odo is the place to shop for your household items
