Setting up a Living Fence at a Cattle Ranch in Ifo, Ogun State.

Jeffrey Alahira

Setting up a live fence as part of our Farm setup services for a client that is starting a livestock farm in Ogun State. We advised the farm owner to plant Moringa as a fence around his farm area. This will not only beautify the farm but also serve as a source of revenue when they are mature.

Our involvement in saving our client money. By planting a living fence around the perimeter of the land, we reduced the cost of erecting a wire or brick fence and also open up avenues for additional income.

Take a look at the pre-planting operations from raising of seedlings to transplanting. The Moringa fence was successfully transplanted after 2 months.

A simple video showing how the transplanting was carried out.
